I’m Ethan – a marketing and email professional with 7+ years of experience helping organizations transform chaotic, manual processes into streamlined, automated systems. My specialty lies in email marketing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and lifecycle strategy, with a strong focus on building workflows that scale, protect data integrity, and drive consistent results.
I grew up in Memphis and now live in Kansas City, but my approach to work was shaped long before my first job. My family immigrated to the U.S. from Cambodia in 1982 and rebuilt everything from the ground up. That upbringing taught me how to navigate uncertainty, adapt quickly, and focus on systems that actually work. Today, I bring that mindset to every project: clarity over noise, execution over theory.
I thrive in roles where precision matters. I’m often the person teams call when something breaks – or when it just needs to run better. I design and manage full-stack CRM and email programs from strategy and architecture to testing, reporting, and iteration. My goal is always the same: remove friction, unlock scale, and build processes that keep delivering long after launch.
Outside of work, I stay curious and active. I’ve taught myself to analyze the financial markets and trade as a way to sharpen patience, discipline, and risk management. I also run 5Ks with family and friends, write and produce music, and reset at home with my dogs, Charlie and Oliver. I’m especially proud of teaching my nieces and nephews about investing early. We grew up learning how to save – but not how to invest. Changing that is personal for me, and it’s one of the ways I’m investing in real generational change.
