Hey there! I'm Ethan, originally from Memphis, but I've made my home in Kansas City. I have 10+ years of experience working in the nonprofit industry. I also have a solid background in marketing with 15+ years of experience.

My personal journey is quite unique. My family made a bold decision to relocate to the United States from Cambodia in 1982, seeking new opportunities and a brighter future. The path was challenging, but we were fortunate to receive support from amazing nonprofit organizations that truly believed in our potential. Without their assistance, our current situation would not be possible.

Throughout my career, I've worked with numerous nonprofit organizations and small businesses, helping them develop effective marketing strategies. Witnessing their growth and achievements brought me great joy, knowing that I contributed to their success.

One aspect I particularly enjoy about my work is the chance to be creative and forward-thinking. Navigating the unique needs and constraints of each organization presents both challenges and immense rewards.
